Our founding vision and dedication
Evolution Housing Ltd was founded by Aman Rees Murria in January 2020, at the age of 19. Having previously worked in supported accommodation and disagreeing with certain ethical practices, Aman took a significant risk to establish his own business. His goal was to ensure the community benefited from higher quality supported accommodation. Aman is dedicated to ensuring all residents are comfortable in safe living environments, offering some of the highest quality accommodation throughout Birmingham.
Going above and beyond for our residents
At Evolution Housing Ltd, we believe supported accommodation should offer more than just a place to stay. We create safe, welcoming, and supportive environments where residents feel valued and comfortable. Our team provides responsive out-of-hours visits when needed, private food parcels and care packages for additional support, and maintains high-quality homes designed to a modern standard.
Our motto: Evolve, then exceed
Our guiding principle is simple: Evolve, Then Exceed. We want all of our residents to evolve while under our care and supervision, and then ultimately exceed in multiple avenues of their life that they weren't pursuing prior to being with us. We ensure all residents receive two visits per week and have access to our 24-hour helpline in case of any issues. Your well-being and independence are our top priorities.
