Personalised support for every journey
Upon moving in, each resident undergoes an initial and risk assessment. Based on this information, we create a tailored support plan with individualised choices. We focus on one topic each week, alongside daily wellbeing checks delivered in person, via text, or through phone calls.
We also provide a food parcel service and care packages to residents upon move-in and upon request, ensuring immediate needs are met with dignity and care.

We go above and beyond for every resident we house, celebrating each step of their journey. A remarkable example is one of our former residents who, after living in our property for almost two years, became a police officer in the local area. We proudly supported him in working towards this significant achievement, helping him reach the stage where he is today.
Our dedicated support team
Our Managing Director, Aman Rees Murria, also serves as a support worker for the company. With over six years of tenant and property management experience, Aman has successfully navigated complex situations. His compassion and understanding with residents foster strong relationships, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported. Building good relations with residents and ensuring everyone gets along is key to providing safe, supported accommodation.
Ensuring your safety and respect
We are always open-minded and allow tenants the opportunity to have their say. All information is held in strict confidence, protected by GDPR and the data confidentiality documents residents sign upon moving in. We also provide a 24-hour helpline and implement a colour-coded maintenance schedule to ensure works are carried out correctly and efficiently, guaranteeing the safety and well-being of our residents.
